Practice; taking a documentary approach, my work is built from personal encounters and fragments of the everyday. Led by a dream logic, I am interested in that which is not easily articulated, looking at the ways we impart meaning and value through layers of authority and language. My practice engages with theories of care, power and interdependence, and is motivated by the subtle yet powerful truths of embodied knowledge and lived experience. I am interested in the connections between things; how we connect to ourselves, to others and to our surroundings to shape a sense of self.
